At Ky Designx, we strive to provide high-quality digital printables and templates. Since our products are digital downloads, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased. Please review the details below before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the files have been downloaded or accessed. All sales are final.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your digital files, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

2. Exceptions – When We Will Offer a Replacement or Fix

We will replace or fix your digital product only under the following circumstances:

✅ Corrupted or Unusable Files – If the files are damaged, incomplete, or cannot be opened.
✅ Incorrect File Sent – If you received the wrong product by mistake.
✅ Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same item twice.

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at create@kydesignx.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A screenshot of the issue (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the problem

We will replace the file or send a corrected version as soon as possible.

3. Compatibility & Responsibility

Before purchasing, please ensure that:

  • You have the correct software to open and edit the files (e.g., Adobe Reader for PDFs, Canva for Canva templates).
  • You have checked the product description for format details.
  • You download and save your files immediately after purchase, as we are not responsible for lost or expired links.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • You purchased the wrong digital product by mistake.
  • You changed your mind after downloading.
  • You expected a physical item instead of a digital download.
  • You do not have the necessary software to use the file.
